Membership
Founders Vietnam is an exclusive community for business founders and entrepreneurs. Membership is subject to approval based on our application criteria. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

Events
Event tickets are non-transferable unless approved by Founders Vietnam. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any event. Event details, including dates, times, and venues, are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify attendees of any changes.
Payments
All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. All payments are final and non-refundable as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Founders Vietnam website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Founders Vietnam and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Founders Vietnam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your access to member services will be revoked.
